Made with homemade Koshihikari rice from Yamagata Prefecture.The rice grown by the president himself has a completely different flavor and grain structure when cooked.
Using alkaline water and the Odori cooking method, we create freshly cooked rice with an even more delicious flavor.
· Today's soup
The soup is made from Yonezawa beef bones, several kinds of vegetables, and three types of natural stock, and is based on the ingredients of the day, and we offer dishes such as "Red egg soup grown in the foothills" and "Crunchy fresh wakame seaweed soup from Sanriku."
