This Yonezawa beef yakiniku course is only available from March to April, and will let you feel the budding of spring.The meal begins with appetizers made with spring bamboo shoots and wild vegetables.The meat is A5 Yonezawa beef, purchased in its entirety and shipped directly from Yamagata.The meal consists of eight dishes, including specially selected Yonezawa beef yakiniku selected by the head chef and sous chef, and tender Yonezawa beef shabu-shabu served in bowls.This is our most popular course, which includes an appetizer, main course, final dish and even dessert.
