This Yonezawa beef yakiniku course is only available from May to June, when the mountain flowers and trees become vibrant and new greenery increases.The meal begins with an appetizer made with Yamagata wild plants and seasonal vegetables.The meat is A5 Yonezawa beef, purchased in its entirety and shipped directly from Yamagata.The meal consists of eight dishes, including specially selected Yonezawa beef yakiniku selected by the head chef and sous chef, and tender Yonezawa beef shabu-shabu served in bowls.This is our most popular course, which includes an appetizer, main course, final dish and even dessert.
