The meal begins with an appetizer made mainly from Yamagata vegetables that have ripened under the brilliant summer sun.The meat is A5 Yonezawa beef, purchased in its entirety and shipped directly from Yamagata.The meal consists of seven dishes, including specially selected Yonezawa beef yakiniku selected by the head chef and sous chef, and grilled shabu-shabu prepared right in front of you.This is our most popular course, which includes an appetizer, main course, cold noodles for the final course, and even dessert.
