The Winter Premium menu consists of 10 dishes that condense the bounty of Yamagata, with Yonezawa beef A5 fillet and sirloin as the main ingredients.Starting with appetizers, the specialty stewed potatoes, and winter steamed vegetables, you can compare the two main cuts of beef tongue afterwards.Two and three dishes carefully selected by the chef, and Koshihikari rice grown in the prefecture.A large yakisuki with a raw egg and a small amount of rice.The final dish is cold buckwheat noodles made by hand from flour.Enjoy this winter-only luxury with its lingering aroma and delicious flavor.It is also recommended for anniversaries and business dinners.
